Today, I received an order purchased by a friend for the following products from Nutri-West found at http://www.thegoodsleepstore.com:
COLON PLUS
TOTAL LEAKY GUT
TOTAL PROBIOTICS
TOTAL SYSTEMIC D-TOX
TOTAL THYROID
TOTAL VEGGIE
TOTAL YST REDUX
TRACE MIN PLUS

Also, I have other products that were purchased at http://www.theWolfeClinic.com:
#39 CHG PARASIT-CHELATION
LYPHOSOT
LIVER CLEANSE

Basically, I'm looking for advice or a recommendation on the best possible way to take these products for the most effective health benefits. If anyone has any advice about the order in which I should take these, which should be taken first, if they should be taken in intervals or separately, beginning & finishing one product at a time or any dietary changes I should make, etc.; that would be extremely helpful.
