In the past I have gotten flu shots every year. I usually get at least 1 bad cold but never the flu. I have been med free for a year now. I take h202 water every morning and in the evenings before bed. I take a multi vitamin and candida clear for my digestion. I usually get a flu shot in November. This year I am not so sure. Typed in flu shot in curezone and found out that the shots have mercury in them. I have never had a reaction to the flu shot. Will the extra h202 aid in preventing colds & the flu?

I would like to learn from others experinces?
