I've been swishing with peanut oil w/vitamin E for a week and a half, twice a day, 15-20 minutes. I thought I'd share my results so far:

no more bleeding gums (my sink used to look like a crime scene after I flossed, and my gums would bleed for no reason during the day)
no more chapped lips
no usual monthly Acne flare-up (but I'm also using new face cleanser & lotion)
my feet are softer (this is something I never expected & still don't understand)

I didn't have much luck with sesame oil, although I like the taste. I plan to try sunflower, but haven't been able to find any yet.
