What kind of coconut oil do people use to swish with? At the health food store I only saw coconut oil for external cosmetic use. Is this oil safe for swishing or do I need to look for a specific cooking coconut oil? I honestly haven't looked very diligently yet. I just happened to be near the health food store and thought I would see what kind of oil selection they carried. Very dismal actually.

2 weeks of swishing so far, oils used: sesame, sunflower and olive. sunflower is the mildest for me, sesame if my favorite and I haven't decided how I feel about OO. I want to try some other oils to see how they work. So far very impressed with OP plan to add this to my daily routine.
