I also had a question about the Olive Leaf Book. There was considerable discussion on the dangers of antibiotics in making resistant bacterial strains evolve. However, the specific method of action of oleuropein and its metabolites was not described, which made me wonder why pathogens could not just evolve to escape the anti-microbial/viral properties of the olive leaf extract? Any thoughts would be welcome.
