Die off is different for everyone. It depends on how sick you are to begin with. And sometimes it will vary....I feel better most of the time after eating my raw sauerkraut, or taking some caprylic acid. But lately I have been getting the worst die off. Oh boy. It sucks.

I highly doubt you can be rid of a deeply rooted candida infection in a few months. Maybe if someone just had a little vaginal yeast or something...but not a real bad gut overgrowth. The reason your doctor said that was because he/she didn't know any better. People don't know how to treat this very effectively...allopathic nor alternative.

You may be in for a long fight. I don't know how sick you are though. I've been at this for years and am just now seeing things happen...just be patient. Try to concentrate on a whole different 'wellness lifestyle' instead of fighting some pathogen. That's my thinking anyway, and it seems to help me mentally/spiritually :-).

I think you are on the right path. You may have to switch up your protocol many times though.
