what you are seeing is tonsillolith. your tonsils are actually a part of the lymph system. the lymph needs to discharge dead white blood cells and bacteria etc. there are several ways it can do this, and one of them is throught the glands at the back of your throat. so the fact that you are now seeing them being discharged is a good thing, it means your lymph system is doing its job.

here is the thing - dont swallow that stuff!!! at some point it will dislodge and then you need to cough it up and spit it out, its toxic discharge it needs to be out of your body, not in. sometimes people have even reached back in there with some type of instrument and dislodged them manually.

after they are gone, your soar throat will feel a lot better.
