I need some information specific to kidney flushing. I have never cleansed anything before, and have never felt the need. Now I am following a new direction in my health awareness, and feel the need to flush the kidneys. After that, I will deal with the liver - currently I am dealing with parasites.

I am three days into a fruit only diet, with intentions to remain thus for six months, minimum.
