Hi,

What is your diet like? Can you share what you eat and how often. I think it's what is not being digested that is causing Candida overgrowth. Digestion has a lot to do with the liver. Try sticking to light food, ie soups (with chicken stock if preferred,) salads with black radish and fruit (yes even.) I have found this to work very well. Combine it with things like Fungal Defense, Oil of Oregano, Spilanthes, Primal Defense, plus liver support supplements like Milk Thistle, Dandelion, Blue Flag (all from herb pharm - the BEST out of many I've tried.)

Please do let me know how your diet is (this inlcludes everyone who would like to participate.)
