I never said that all claims in natural medicine are true and never would. Just like with pharmaceuticals some work for some, and some don't work at all. But your posting suggests that the entire natural medicine industry is bogus because there are some medications that are proven not to work as claimed.

Just because some doctors order tests, procedures even surgical ones that they know aren't needed to put money in their pockets, does that mean the entire medical profession is corrupt with no concern for the patient beyond how much money they can squeeze out of their insurance company?

The Pharmaceutical companies aren't funding studies for the good of the public - they're funding them to push their often terribly flawed products through the FDA. And to make sure they've increased the barriers to entry for other products that might be safer and more effective. And of course that includes the entire natural medicine industry.

Your questioning about why companies that sell non-patentable products that can be bought anywhere don't do the same kind of multimillion dollar studies is absurdly disengenuous. It's the smoking gun that you're stooging for big pharma. Please don't think people on this board are that stupid - you're wasting your time.
