Perhaps studies can be of some use, but only if they look at the whole and not the parts. That is also where a great many of these tests fail. They are looking for the "magic bullet" where there is none. Health and Life itself is synergistic. Until Science changes its focus in the lab it will always just be "beating around the bush". Science is based on flawed information and therory. Studies are done on rodents and monkeys that have been kept in less than ideal conditions and fed anything but their natural diet, not to mention they live in a polluted environment like the rest of us; all things that would affect the outcome... flaws and more flaws again.

The biggest problem is that studies are most often used to forward a profiteering agenda and most often designed to produce a given outcome (flawed again) and hardly ever honestly or completely reported once concluded, good, bad or indifferent.

"Finally, statistics show that longevity is continuing to increase and not decrease as you state."

Statistics are used to perpetrate lies and this is NOT true; at least I do not believe it. I used my immediate family as an example, but it is happening all around me. Look at the kids in their late teens and early 20's with the epidemic diabetes asthma, and obesity.

Longevity statistics are very easy to manipulate through any number or methods. Where are you getting this information? Does it take into account increases in miscarriages, infant mortality and illness, quality of life, etc? Do the longevity studies include or exclude the 250,000 to 750,000 killed by medicine in the US alone? this could go on...

Where do you get your information and does it identify and answer the questions above? Or does it just state this is the way it is, believe it?

My grand parents and great grand parents had active days (some even worked ate dinner with us) went to bed and did not wake up... my parents generation have suffered for years with prescription aided illness (death). This type of prolonged illness was not the norm in the past.
