It could help if the hair loss is due to a toxic overload in the liver (of say, mercury) or a hormonal imbalance. I know people with thyroid disorders often have hairloss and this could aid in that area (as I believe the T3 hormone is manufactured in the liver and if it is too congested it can disrupt this process).
