Acne is viral in nature. Lemongrass, St Johns Wort, Elderberry and Garlic, are good antiviral herbs. Do you like Thai food? Try some Thai coconut soup with garlic and lemongrass in it.

Food is medicine. Pay attention to the flora balance of your gut when you go off of the diet. Yogurt is a natural source of good bacteria. Pre-biotic's and pro-biotic's are very important.
