My husband's family is full Italian. They eat alot of garlic. After dinner they take chlorphyll tablets. They take 2-4 of them. You can buy them at a health food store. They really do help. I forgot about those. Hmmmm I'll try that. I do take powdered greens sometimes. That should work the same.
