I used it for about a year when I was in grade 10.. I guess that would be four years ago now lol - it worked good for a while, but then my Acne came back stronger than ever. I must have developed an immunity to it, and now I have to use topical perscriptions to keep my face from looking it's worse. That being said, I'm also rigorously internally cleansing and doing daily clay masks, and that has helped a lot in clearing up my acne. I've also ommitted most synthetic soaps/toothpastes from my diet and been doing some emotional work, which I think was ultimately at the root of my acne. I've still got some spots I'm working on though... but it looks much better than it did a year ago *knock on wood* heh

If you're only using it twice a week then I don't imagine you would develop and immunity to it though, particularly if you're not using the daily and nightly gel stuff 24/7 (I forget what it's called). You might benefits from Bentonite clay masks though, I mix tea tree oil in with them too for antibacterial action.
