I started eating goji berries four days ago about a 3/4-1 cup per day. The first day my night time pH both saliva and urine was 7 and above, Im hardly ever alkaline in the evening. Then the next three days my pH has been 6.5-7 all day long mostly 7's even though I have eaten pizza and chicken which always makes me go into 5's for a few hours or more.
I cant stop eating these berries they are so good.
Anyone else have any similar results with the goji berries?
