Hi Owen,
I'm going to order bee pollen from Beehive Botanicals. I'm going to purchase the bag and pack my own capsuls. My question is how many capsuls should I take each day or should I not pack into capsules and just take the granules. How do you take your pollen? I have a prostate problem and I would like to take the maximum daily amount for possible help. Thanks.
