I had a dangerous flare-up, so I have to make a decision. I decided to end this enema procedure at this point, and switch to a low fiber diet and take predinsone to bring it under control. And I will seek other methods. So, I am a failure example of this procedure. Hope other people could learn something from it. I will not post any followups. Thanks for all your help, and espcially help from Sheldon. Good luck !
