Yes the liver is the main problem and I will probably use a supplement called 'liver support', which I know to be good. Otherwise being good to the liver will involve eating healthy (salads etc) and a Liver Flush or two.
Cutting out the coffee would be good. I drink dandelion coffee (roasted ground root, its delicious with xylitol and, ironically cleanses the liver!
Just dont get the brand with lactose in it.
I have actually ordered mine - theres no point in dismissing all western medicine, lots of persciption med is plant based anyway. Taking the non - holistic view has cost western medicine dearly (rightly so in lots of respects), but if a known, powerful antifungal arises with minimal contra-indications then I'd feel silly not to try it.
Alkalising is worth considering as candida is about the terrain too.
