I felt the same after my first cleanse. I didn't think
I had detoxed yet couldn't go any longer then the 10 days. That was three months ago. I am about to start my second one tomorrow. I am aiming to do the 14 days this time so hopefully I will succeed. I think you have to mentally prepare yourself at the start for a length of time, but I think 10days is more then enough for your first cleanse. Congrats on succeeding.
