I get the same thing too. My upper lip and below my lower lip gets red and then gets scabby. I don't have a problem eating,or talking though. But it's annoying because it's very noticeable to other people. Maybe it could be our toothbrush/toothpaste? Wild guess. I also get red scaly patches on my right wrist and on the opposite sides of my elbows on both sides. I also have eczema on my right middle finger. Hope you can help. Thanks :)
