There is so much information here for a newcomer to start to absorb. I'm sure you have answered this many times already, but I am wondering what advice you could give to a person getting started. Do a liver cleanse first or try the humaworm first? What liver cleanse program is the most effective? I would like to try the parasite cleanse first because I am sure I have some nasty little buggers living in me. Any help and suggestions would be great
