Excerpt:
"I add about a dozen grains of organic brown rice to my home-distilled water. I've got some big glass jars that hold about one-half gallon of water. I put a dozen grains of rice in each jar, (to remineralize it) and then put the jars in my fridg. I keep three big jars of distilled water in there, and I use them in rotation. After I finish drinking the water from a jar, I eat the rice grains. Waste not, want not!

Additionally, when the distiller shuts off, I carry the jug of distilled water out into my living room, and set it down in the sunshine by the window. I leave it there for at least 3 hours. Then I transfer it to the big glass jars, and add the rice grains. Between the sunshine and the rice grains, my water is nutritionally charged and spiritually radiant. And the taste is absolutely delicious! "
