One of the problems with both distilled and spring water is the source of the water.

Many consumers do not realize that most "natural" spring and distilled water is derived or supplemented by reverse osmosis processed tap water.

Chemically speaking, the best water to consume is water that has been properly filtered to remove heavy metals and toxins.

PS Remember natural spring water originally comes from rain and run-off that removes pollutants from the atmosphere or ground.
