It is 1/4 teaspoon. The Black-Walnut is fine, it doses 1/2 teaspoon per day. You also need to add 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves to your treatment. You will dose 1/4 teaspoon Wormwood , 1/2 teaspoon Black-Walnut and 1/4 teaspoon cloves per day. If you can't bear the taste, try putting the powdered herbs into a spoonful of honey or molasses and swallow followed by juice or water. Do this for 30 days then stop. Wait 6 months and do it again.
