Thanks for the advice, but I can't see me doing a half a day fast. I am far too much of a wimp. Maybe I could try one day, and see how I get on. You never know. I really ought to take more responsibility for my health, and stop bleating on about being a food addict. Thanks again for the advice. I will give it a try this coming weekend.
