Yeah, I need to watch my food consumption over the holidays. That alone is going to be a challenge. At Christmas I'll be able to control what I eat more that at Thanksgiving. We travel for Thanksgiving and stay home for Christmas.

I appreciate your experience with regard to fasting intervals. I feel better know that I can do little fasts if I feel I need to.
