Thanks Milena for the incredible resource. I printed it off and I bookmarked it! I really appreciate the help.

I am fasting for the right reasons. I am starting to have health issues and I need to get healthy, detox, and exercise. But I know that the "big food" holidays are coming up and I won't be able to fast during that time because I will be around much extended family. If I had a backbone I could fast through it and not worry about their comments... but I tend to want to avoid such confrontations - especially over the holidays.
