i've heard many say steam distilled water is the only water they drink
but then, from others i've heard this is 'dead water' and not very benefitial to the body, though it has less bad things in it

then i heard natural spring is best

and, essentially, now i'm just confused and unsure of what i should be hydrating myself with

opinions?
