I know I eat consume way too much. I also lower my blood pressure with them which requires quite a bit more than just for the hypoglycemia alone. I buy a 10 LB bag that lasts about 5 weeks. Yeah it's almost $150 a month, but it's kind of my own healthcare insurance policy. I feel that as long as I keep consuming these I'll have many years ahead of good health and productivity. And for under $2K a year that's a no brainer now that I've hit 5-0.
