While you have been doing this Beck protocol, have you also been using any mainstream methods at the same time? For instance, are you taking any prescription medications, or following any mainstream procedures?

The reason I ask is that often times some people try to mix mainstream methods with alternative methods. This may result in corrupting or defeating the alternative method to the extent that it never has a chance to really do what it can do.
