Hi Wombat and 07,

Thanks for all the links and info on okra pepsin....I guess the okra alone just won't do it then.I'm also quite leery about a lot of supplements too because of the commercialism,would rather have the whole foods where possible.Incidentally,eating okra does have a bowel cleansing effect,I guess because of it's high fiber content.
