You have to understand that by looking at something one cannot make an accurate assessment of what you have. You will have to get a biopsy done on that and have it tested. It looks really bad and maybe something terribly serious. I've never seen any such thing and so I can't really tell you what that is. Do not play Russian Roulette with your health. If you feel the first doctor is not helping you than get a second opinion.
