i had my blood sugar checked about 1 year ago, but i wasn't having exactly the symptoms i am now. over producing insulin would be low blood sugar correct? I find it hard to get doctors to give me tests now a days since ive had so many in the past.

for my colon, i have done oxypowder, which was way too harsh, and i supose each time i have done a liver flush it also was a type of colon cleanse with the epsom salts but i assume thats also a bit harsh also. I have regular bowel movements, and if you have any colon cleaning suggestions that wont dehydrate me, that would be great.

i will look into getting an FOS as well as taking your dietary suggestions and research herbs and spices on my own. any and all cooking/recipes or further suggestions are always welcomed and needed, if you have the time.
