I've been using Maca for 2-3 months but I'm not sure if 1/2 t. is enough.
I'm 63 and was on thyroid medication for years and went off when I started the Maca. I feel great, but, now, no libido. (I'm single right now, so it's not a big issue, but I want to feel normal in all areas.) What is the dose you take and is it for all hormones in our bodies?
