I've been taking glutathione IV's for over a year now. They have made a huge difference for me for the effects of lyme disease & chronic fatigue. I tried the transdermal to keep my levels up in between IV's. I actually felt kind of yucky from the transdermal. I also tried nebulizing glutathione, because the lungs can bring it into the blood stream. It helped my lungs, but I don't know if the impact overall was that great. Plus it's really uncomfortable to be breathing in all that glutathione. Now I'm using it in nose spray form. I would say I do feel some impact, but nothing as big as the IV. It's very easy to use, and not uncomfortable.
