Hi - the Oxypowder has additional ingredients that help move out the debris. I was actually unable to handle drinking the ozone water until I did Oxypowder . When I would drink it before, I'd get really sick with die off stuff and end up with a cold. Since doing a course of the Oxypowder which didn't bother me at all, I can drink all the ozone water I want with no die off issues. I feel the Oxypowder did a great job of cleansing my gut and moving out the gunk. The ozone water is awesome, but didn't do that same thing.
