Forget all this nonsense with drug creams or just topically treating the problem. You need to address your body and fast in order to sort problems like this out big time. Start cleansing that liver regular with Clark's method as many times as it takes. The minimum time between flushes can be 2 weeks! Make sure your getting good foods, no dairy/meats/milk etc. Drink the correct levels of water and take salt. Eat RAW foods! Try and oxygenate the body also.

The biggest help is liver flushing!

Look to Lorraine Day, Max Gerson, Richard Schulze , Hulda Clark , Fereydoon Batmanghelidj, Jon Barron.

Try to use natural products rather than supplements so i.e if you want probiotics use Kombucha Tea if possible or Kefir!
