if "raw cashews" are actually steamed, therefore such "raw cashews" wouldn't be compliant with a raw foodists requirement of not having been heated to over 110F. how then can they be eaten "raw" within the definition of a raw foodists requirements?

i hope this doesn't sound argumentative, i'm just inquisitive....
