My raw food diet in the beginning i was eating alot of dried fruit and nuts like organic trail mixes.. but i wasnt losing weight in fact i was gaining weight eating raw...so i cut back on that alot...but i have only been doing it for over a month now...so i dunno how long it takes? i would have thought that the oj fast would have fixed it ..that was the reason i stayed on it for 29 days..however i ate almonds too the whole time but that was the only deviation..but didnt help my acne at all.
