Tooth enamel is composed of calciunm and phosphorus.
Chewing sugarless gum after meals promotes remineralization of enamel. Brushing after meals with toothpaste prevents remineralization since the glycerin in toothpaste coats teeth.
I dont trust dentists. Maybe you should get a second opinion before filling teeth.
