I haven't really been trying to quit any specific addition but it seems that I have lost my urge to smoke. Until I started OP I would smoke 1 or 2 cigs a day. Sometimes more on the weekends. I wasn't a lot so I always felt I could quit. However, since OP I haven't had the urge to smoke at all. It's been five days and I just noticed last night that I hadn't smoked at all. I have been drinking significantly less as well. Like others have commented it would be helpful for any drinker to do work on thier liver. I also think that maybe I have not had felt like smoking because I'm doing something that is more focused on health, which could also be a benific to anyone with an addiction. I have reccomended it to people I know in AA as well.
