Thank you so much for this! Even though I did a P&B shake, only 1, on the first day I think I'll finish out the Master-Cleanse by the book. I'm going for 10 days. Mabye then as I come off the cleanse I'll add the P&B shakes as I try to eat much healthier. I'm taking a vacation a few days after my cleanse ends so it's going to be very tempting not to induldge in all the good food. But I'm going to do my best and try to stick to fruits, veggies and nuts.
