I probably need to leave this forum. I was just hoping to get some advice from raw foodists on healing my digestion. I am not trying to disprove raw foodism. Actually, I believe that in theory it is the ideal diet.

All I have been trying to do is connect with raw foodists that may have introduced some cooked food back into their diet. And that can give me advice on regaining the ability to digest SOME cooked food. Even if a person is 95% raw then they may want to digest that 5 % cooked well.

But when I was a raw foodist I could not stand to be around people who questioned the validity of the diet. So I completely relate to not wanting this to become a debate. That was never my intention.

Anyhow, I have had some great success lately with stone dissolvers and so I have no need of this forum any longer.
