Dear Kelly,
I'm thinking about going on juice fasting and would like to ask you what vegies to use, so my body is not deprived, just cleansed. I'd be doing colon cleansing as well with Colosan. I did juice fasting once, but didn't clean the colon properly and had a bit of "overtox".
I'm not good at fasting, was never able to go longer than 7 days. Could you also direct me how to break the fast.
