Hi. I'm new to this forum. I'm a 53yo Australian male. Sjogrens apairs to run in our family although I believe it is fairly rare for males to suffer from sjo.

I have a number of personal remedies which appear to work very well however one of my solutions to the dry mouth is the use of a mixture of lemon juice mixed with dry red wine and ice blocks.

I would like to leave out the dry red but I am curious as to how many others find the use of alcohol usefull?

I am suffering from the less debilitating form (stage 1???).
