Thank you all for your posts. I had a huge meeting this morning and could not do the saltwater flush although I do feel extremely run down. I had a little bit of organic vegetable broth and lots of water. I plan on doing a swf tomorrow and going back on for 4 days to make myself feel a little bit better. I had a bad day yesterday and totally did it out of emotions which is NO GOOD. Something I thought I was overcoming. Perhaps a few more days will help me analyze all this some more. Thank you all for your replies.
