You can eat until 2pm
so I eat at 1:30-1:45 and something like oatmeal or brown rice and beans that will keep me full and it works for me
all of the "left overs" usually are expelled during the evening bm's
and in the morning is when i see the stones, etc and everything is much clearer.

also you can try dr. kelly's flush as you get to eat berries and cream or ice cream in the evening.
