Your working under the false premis that all raw food is cold.I have great respect for the toaist knoweldge base.But it is not exactly foward thinking to say the least.Some of the items used in chinese medicine are deeply idiotic and useless.Most are based on observation and conjecture not scientific fact.The biggest issue in this thread is constapation caused by poor food choices.This can be acomplished with cooked food as well.This forum is a raw food support forum not a chinese medicine forum.This forum is not a debate forum.Notice the word "support"as in to edify or uplift.Have a nice day,and may your ying be balanced by your yang!
