Hello, good people.

Ever since I was six or seven I have homesteaded in my daydreams, and in putting myself to sleep at night.

I can't travel, or be set down anywhere, without I immediately start 'nesting' in any place I see, no matter how poor or devastated.

When I was very young I knew little of practical matters, or any 'how to's'...so I invented them...and had a heck of a time changing my mind when told my way wouldn't work.

Whenever I hear an idea I admire, I want to act upon it, or to join others who are doing it.

I design.

My designs are always inexpensive...made from materials at hand. 'Community' is my touchstone.

My motto, since I was in my early 20's, from a dear Chinese-Canadian friend, is, "There is always a way."

So far, Dr. Masaru Emoto ( //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=129357 ) and the Fellows of Ashoka ( http://www.ashoka.org ) have kept me going.

Jane Goodall ( http://www.janegoodall.org/jane/essay.asp ), Eliot Coleman ( http://www.fourseasonfarm.com ), Barbara Sher ( read http://www.wishcraft.com ), and Doyle Henderson ( //www.curezone.org/forums/fm.asp?i=590790#i ), too.

I am excited to know of Masanobu Fukuoka!

Isn't it wonderful what can be done with the things found at hand?!

It is my ideal to open a Resource Center where everyone may see these people's works, and join in as they wish.

(I'll add in links, above.)

It is a great pleasure to find you all here.

My best,

fledgling
